Search Assistant

Please i have the problem with search assistant taskbar, i have tried everything, adaware, spy-bot, windows washer, and through registry, but nothing. It still appears.
Could you please help me?

Paul,
Sometimes what happens is Spyware/Adware/Malware will get deep into your
registry
and lock down on your Registry entrys that include the toolbar/assistants
(sometimes this can be a good thing
when they lock down, for instance the google toolbar, or the yahoo
companion).
If you have searched with Spybot & AdAware and it still continues to come up
you may
want to consider doing a system restore. If that doesn't help please post
back.

Search Assistant is part of the MSN Toolbar...uninstall it and it should go away

Nothing works. Even system restore. Please help me, if you can, cause its very annoying.
