Malware prob.

Hello:
not sure if this is the group to check with, but I found no group for
spyware or malware.
I am running XP Pro, ZoneAlarm Firewall and Anti-Virus, Spy-Bot, Spyware
Doctor, and internet washer.
I have been hit with malware called LOP.COM and Daily Winner. None of the
above named Proigrams can totally delete them. The spybot and spydoctor
detect it, delete it, and on start up it is back.
Has anyone had this problem, and how did you finally remove it.
