sd card issue

Hi There,

I've recently bought a new sd card and card reader, It's not working on my
system but works with my friend's system,

I've a error message
D:\ is not accessible
The reaquest could not be performed because I/O device error.

Any idea what is that

This sounds like a device driver problem on your computer. A way to solve
the problem is to remove the driver. If you don't know how to do this, then
post back for the instructions. Then reboot the machine. On reboot, XP will
find a replacement driver from the /i386 folder and reload it in the correct
folder. If this procedure fixes your problem, all is well. If not, then
somebody else will need to help you.
