scrolling

All of a sudden, when I try to scroll up/down one screed,
by clicking above/below the scroll box, the display
scrolls two screens instead of one. This occurs on both
the IE browser and the OE message window. Can anyone
help? Thanks.

That's caused by a bug in a recent IE patch (Q824145).

Some workarounds:
Use PageUp and PageDown keys
Use keyboard shortcuts; Spacebar to scroll down and Shift+Spacebar to scroll up.
