Scrolling problems in IE & Outlook

Is anyone aware of any recent viruses that cause the page
in Internet Explorer or Outlook to scroll themselves? I
have checked Word and Excel and these products don't
appear to have this problem, however, since yesterday, I
have been having problems with my IE and Outlook screens
scrolling by themselves. I thought maybe it was a
hardware problem, but I have checked the connections and
they are fine and as I stated, it doesn't appear to
happen with Word and Excel which makes me think that it
is a software problem. Of course, since the version of
IE is OEM, I can't get a response from Microsoft (unless
anyone would know where I could look this up?).
