IE 6.0 Scrolling Problems

I'm using IE 6.0 with ZP and just recently have had a problem with the
scrolling of the window. When I use any method to scroll up/down, it is very
"choppy" and delayed. Everything else is unaffected such as Office, folders,
games, etc. I checked under internet options and It's more annoying than
anything and smooth scrolling is enabled. I think it's more annoying than
anything, but I would appreciate any help.

Disabling smooth scrolling may help. This feature does not work well
with some video cards.
