Scrolling Problem

Hi

Another problem, after my pc crashed, Outlook Express
is jerky and spasmodic when I scroll down text or image, is there any
way of correcting this ? I reinstalled OE6 without
removing it first, changes nothing

Any ideas ?

In IE, tools, Internet Options, Advance tab, tick "Use smooth scrolling".
