Scroll bar

Lately, clicking on the right scroll bar in IE & OE6 moves the page 2 pages
or more instead of one. Seems that I remember this happening once before.
Page up and down work fine. Any ideas?

IE 6.0.2800.1106
OE6 6.0.2800.1123

No one over in the oe6 ng's knew this. One would have thought they of all
people should have known this.
