Scroll Bar, in all programs.

The scroll bar on the right side of the screen for all of
my programs, and also including any embedded scroll
windows on webpages, etc., scroll too much when clicked
once. If I click underneath the slider for instance, it
should scroll a little less than 1 page, however mine
scrolls about a page and a half. There must be a setting
in the registry or otherwise that controls the amount of
scroll. Does anyone know where to find this? Thank you.

Hello, this is a result of a recent M/S hotfix! which on
I can't remember off hand. M/S claims this is a feture,
however I do not like it either.
If you click at or near the arrow it will only scroll one
page.I try to use my mouse wheel.

This "Feature" or "Bug" is the result of installing the following
Windows update: "Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer
(824145)", dated Nov, 11, 2003. You can uninstall this update using
Control Panel >> Add/ Remove Programs.
