Screensaver not working properly

I have 5 accounts on my Windows XP computer. On 1 account
and only 1, the screensaver will properly appear after the
given time interval has been exceeded. However, on all the
other 4 accounts, the exact same screensaver does not
appear after the same time interval has been exceeded. I
have never seen this before. What do I need to look at to
fix this? Thanks in advance.

Each user account has a screen saver, the settings for

one does not work for all. Setting each user account will
allow the screen saver to start according to the settings
you make.
