Screensaver not coming on

For some reason, my screensaver will not come on, nor will my power settings
kick in. I have everything configured under properties but it is still not
coming on. Anyone have any ideas why or where I should even start looking?

Are you using a Microsoft wireless keyboard if you are this causes the
problem you describe.
