screen view

When I go from Windows to internet (SBC Yahoo) my
computer screen goes black on right side for 1/2 inches.
I cannot move info so that all is readable. Most times I
cannot see the screen to close down. After an hour or so
the screen will return to normal but will be unreadable
when I move to another area. Where do I start to fix or
who do I contact - SBC, Yahoo, Microsoft?

Have you thought about an updated video driver? Go to the manufacturer's web site and
look around.
