Is there a way in XP to take screen shot which shows the mouse pointer
(without using 3rd party software)?

Thanks

Hi,

I do not think that it is possible on Windows.

Hi Keith,
Pressing the 'Print Screen' key send a screen shot to the clipboard which
can then be pasted into a graphic utility such as Paint. I believe
Alt+PrtScr captures only the active window.

The screen captures do not include the mouse pointer.

You can paste the screen captures into Word and use AutoShapes in Word
to put arrows on top of the bitmaps.

But it does not include the cursor. Just checked to be sure

Oh, Thank you, I've never really noticed that before since I've only
done window captures and drawn in arrows later.
