How do you prevent the screen saver from appearing while using a gamepad to play a game? The screen saver appears when the keyboard and mouse is not used during gameplay.

Hi Pacer,

I use either the Blank or Windows XP screensavers,
and while playing Halo using only my Saitek gamepad,
I have never had that problem.

Are you using a custom screensaver?
What type of Gamepad are you using?

I am using the starfield screen saver. The gamepad is a saitek p880 dual analog. If I dont use the keyboard or mouse at all during gameplay the screen saver appears.

I'm using the exact same gamepad. Try switching to one of
the screensavers that I use, or disable yours before playing.

BTW nice pad.
