I have a problem with my resolution changing from 1024 by
768 to 640 by 480 every start-up. I've totally deleated
my drives and re-installed. I've also up-dated my bios and
still no workey. What I have noticed is that If I deleate
the the ATI drivers and re-boot, my computer will
automatically install generic drives for my card and it
will start up at 1024 by 768 resolution all day long. I
can't play any games because my card isn't working the way
it should. As soon as I install the new ATI drivers, my
computer goes to 640 by 480 after every start-up. This
problem started all at once with no software or hardware
changes on my computer. Does anyone know how to check to
se if the registrey has changed my settings somehow?
Anyone have any clues where to go from here?
My system specs are as follows
P4 2.53
768 megs of RAMM
ATI 9700 pro video card
XP home OS
Intel d845pebt2 Mobo
