Screen Problem

I have a laptop and I reinstalled windows xp professional
and ever since whenever I scroll down or take an action
such as mve a window the action looks very jerky and is
slow. What do I do to configure my settings to optimal
conditions?

Check for the graphics card manufacturer's web site for the latest drivers
and download and install them. If you have the latest drivers, reinstall
them.
