screen off centre during bios

hi can u help me please im having trouble with my screen during the bios
start up
it is off centre when the bios is starting up then when i get to my password
page my screen is fine and it stayes like that when loaded up.
its a bit annoying because if i press delete to run set up i cant see verry
much of the page,i also tried doing a safe mode start up but the screen is
the same. please help

Press Delete at startup to enter the setup area, and use the controls on
the front of the monitor to adjust the horizontal and vertical positions
for that resolution.
