screen freezes

A few days ago my screen started to freeze. No matter how many times I turn off the computer and restart, it freezes again. Called the company I bought the computer from and they recommended I run the system recovery utility, which I did.
I thought everything was fine, but there it goes again. I also have been getting a blue screen with checking FAT 32?
