Screen Freeze

Gregg Collins

Hi all,

I've just bought a new hard drive, due to my previous one
packing up, and decided to buy Windows XP (SP2 ver.) to
instal on to it.

The problem is that every 15 minutes or so my pc freezes
and I can't do anything to get out of it other than to
reset the machine manually. Every now and then the
monitor will switch off during a freeze, but the computer
will still be running, and I can't get it to turn on
again without restarting the pc.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

Gregg.

I've got 256Mb of memory. My PC also crashes when I go
to the Windows Update site!

This is really starting to get on my tits!!!
