Scheduling Resources error msg

WE have Exchange Server 2000 and users are using Outlook 2003. I'm trying to
create a resource (meeting room). In Outlook, I click on Options>>>Calendar
options and then resource scheduling. When I do this, I get the following
error message: "This folder cannot be opened because there is a configuration
problem on the server. Please contact your Exchange Server administrator for
assistance". No where does it tell me what the configuration issue is!!
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should be looking for?

CHeck and make sure that the Schedule+ Free/Busy folder is present on
that server
