We have our meeting rooms set up as resources in Outlook. This work well for scheduling if you have outlook however sometimes people who don’t have outlook would like to see the meeting room calendar. I would like to have a link on our Intranet page for each resource and give anonymous for all to view. Is this possible? How is this done? .

Print it to a PDF or save it as an HTML file and put that on a web page.

Yes we use OWA and Yes we have a sharePoint server.
Whatever techenolgoy we end up using we need this to be a living link. So if they refresh it two mintues later it will show the changes that have been added during that time.

We have done the save as an HTML but as far as we have take on that, that seems to just be a static wiew that we would have to keep creating. Are we missing something?

Are you using OWA? Or SharePoint server?
