Scheduled tasks

My Scheduled Task Wizard is not working. The first screen comes up (select
the program you want Windows to run) I click on Next, and it hangs. Has
anybody any suggestions?

Click Start, Run and type %Windir%\inf
Locate the file named "mstask.inf". Note that the file extension may be
hidden by default in Windows Explorer.
Right-click mstask.inf and choose Install.
Insert your Windows XP CD when prompted.
