I would to schedule the Microsoft Works Calendar to start at a scheduled
time. I did the following:

Started scheduled tasks
Selected add new task and wizard started
Selected Microsoft Works Calendar from list
Set to run daily and set the time
At username screen I left the username that was already there. I was told
that the password is just for this task and added one. I don't have a user
password.
System said that the task was successfully scheduled
Clicked finish and a window opened from the task scheduler stated that
access is denied.
The task was unable to start at the scheduled time.

I tried rerunning in safe mode as administrator but got a message that the
task scheduler was not running.

What is the problem?

I just resolved the same problem I think. Go to start, control panel, user
accounts. Then, click on your user name and add the password there. Then,
reschedule the task and input this password. Please let me know if this
works for you.

Ellen

I added a password and did not get the error this time BUT the task does not
run at the set time. I must be doing something wrong. It is pointing to
wkscal.exe in the works shared file. The time passes and nothing happens and
the status still shows NEVER run.
