Scheduled scan does not run

I set the program to run every day at 2 a.m. However,
when I open the program, I get a dire warning that a scan
has not been run since the day I downloaded the program.
Under "Scheduled Scan Options" I checked "always run a
deep scan." The "Disable Schedule" box is cleared. Any
suggestions?

Is there an administrator signed into the machine each night at 2 am?

I have exactly the same problem and on my system, YES there
IS an admin logged on at 2am.

And you are set to scan every night, and no scans are happening?

Do you know for sure that no scans are happening, or is it possible that
scans are happening, but not being recorded in the UI?

It might help to change the scan schedule temporarily to help troubleshoot
this : )
