To make a long story short my home network was hacked and I have tried everything I can think of to secure it without succes since 8/2016. I have multiple logs, and other info (mac addresses, ip addresses, email, etc) but have not been able to find anyone that can/will help. (Police, IdentityTheft.gov, Malwarebytes, Microsoft, Acer, HP, Verizon, Motorola.... the list is extensive. None could/would help beyond basic, minimal, or no effort.)

I came across my scesetup.log and in reading a post on your forum found some info regarding the user rights. I dont know how to fix what I found in the log. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Please review the attached pictures of my scesetup.log.

Oh, this is from a computer purchased 11/16 to replace old computers in an attempt to stop the remote access, file sharing, etc. Obviously that did not work.

Thank you, in advance.
