Is it possible to scan a blank form into Microsoft Word
and use it as the master form?

For instance, I am attempting to scan in blank timesheets
for my employees, but thus far, I am having no luck typing
information onto the sheet to print out.

Is what I'm asking possible?

Thanks for your help.

No...

When you scan a form into Word you have a graphic and each part is not separate but a whole
piece of the graphic. This would be true even if you scanned into Adobe Acrobat.

I suggest creating the form from scratch using Excel.

I've never seen this capability in Word, but I have seen
freeware/shareware/buyware apps that'll do it. Too long ago to refer you
to any...sorry. Try one of the Word newsgroups, or use Google.
