Scanning after install

I installed the beta ver. and then when did scan it gets
down into c:windows/system and then boots me to a blue
screen telling me that critical error and dumps my
physical memory to disk and then reboots my
computer.....error on blue screen
is "page_fault_in_nonpaged_area"
Any ideas or help would be appreciated!!

Try running the scan in Safe Mode and see if the error appears in that
diagnostics mode of Windows.

This error may not be connected to the beta.

These blue screen critical errors are sometimes recorded in the System event
log.

If you restart in Safe mode, you can:

Right-click My Computer
Choose Manage
Click on the Plus in front of event logs to expand the event logs.
Click on the System event log
Scroll down through the events to reach the date and time of the blue-screen
crash
If you find the event listed, you should be able to cut and paste the
information from the event log into a message which you can post as a reply
to this one. There may be a driver or other file listed which might help
figure out what the conflict is.
