am trying to connect an HP PrecisionScan scannerand
keep getting a message that class installer has denied
the request to install this device
I used the disk that came with the scanner to install and
it seems to install till I get ready to use scanner, I
used scanner with windows me but cant with windows xp.
Any help?
 
Hello

Have you tried going to www.hp.com and looking up your
scanner for drivers on it and also any documentation on it,
give that a try first.
