Scanner support on XPe thin client

Hi,

I am trying to use a scanner (Epson 4490) on a HP Thin Client T5720
running XPe. The software installs successfully but I have an error
'The required section was not found in the INF'.
And when I launch the software, I have an error 'Can not find necessary
files'.

Help !

You're going to have to contact HP directly since they built the image for
that device.
