SBS2k Shared fax service help

Hi guys,

We have SBS2k running the shared fax service.

Is there a way of forwarding all inbound faxes to a distribution group
automatically?

Or is there a way of forwarding the fax to numerous user folders
automatically?

Ive tried forwarding the fax to a mail box and creating a forward rule in
Outlook but the system doesn't seem to recognise the inbound faxes as an
email and wont forward them on.

What im basically trying to achieve is that all users get a seperate copy of
all incoming faxes, either in the file system or via email / exchange.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The following steps should help you achieve what you are trying to do :
1. In your Fax Printer's properyt pages, under the receipts tab specify an
email address from which you want to forward the received faxes.
2. Invoke Fax Service Manager. Under the Devices tree , choose the modem you
are using to receive the faxes.
3. For the Inbound Routing Rules of this device, select the E-mail tab from
its property page and specify the distribution list/recepients you want to
forward
the incoming faxes to.
