Saving SOME cookies

I need to clear out my cookies once in awhile but would like to always keep
couple of the same ones, how can I do this, like make them undeleteable?

I've had good luck using Internet Explorer's Cookies controls: Internet
Options> Privacy. Have set it up for "prompt" and then grant "Always Allow"
or "Always Block" status to the various cookies.

Once in a while, I'll clean out my cookies folder (Documents and
Settings\<user account>\Cookies) and review my Allow/Block lists.
