In MovieMaker 2 for Win XP it has a choice to save a file for the web, in
MovieMaker for Vista it does not give you this choice. What can I save the
file as for the web?
thanks in advance

Try choosing:
"Windows Media Low Bandwidth"

Maybe the following link will offer some ideas:

I choose to publish my movie in Windows Movie
Maker?")

the file I saved my slide show in, as a low bandwidth, still was 4mg. Is
there some way to save it smaller to cut down on load time on a web page?

Assuming you mean 4MB, that's not a large file by any stretch of the
imigination these days.

Go ahead and upload it as-is.

The only folks who might have to wait a bit for 4MB to download are those on
dial-up. And even in that case, it shouldn't take too long.

Only about 10 minutes to downlaod 4MB at 56 Kbps.

thank you so much. Now I have another question. I have been using Google
Chrome as a browser. When I make the movie and try and view it thru Chrome,
it won't play. I have to open IE to have it play. Any good reasons??
TIA again
Pat
