Saving rtf as wordpad

Could someone advise me how I save rtfs as word docs
instead of wordpad. This is affecting how pages are
printed off and sized.

Open Word, then open the rtf file in Work. (Make sure file type is set to all
files), then save as Word document *.doc file.
 
Sorry the word Work should be Word, typo error
