I can not seem to get my printer preferences out of "glossy paper/best photo"
mode. I changed it to these settings to print a photo but now I can not get
out. Now any time I print, if I do not remember to change the settings back
to regular paper/text, my printer treats usual text documents as glossy
photos. HELP!

I suggest making sure you have the latest printer driver available from
the manufacturer of the printer for your version of Windows.
