saving options/settings

In the dial up connection box ever time I want to dial up
I check the box connect automaticaly and it will not save
this setting. What did i do wrong???????. Xp is new to me
but I can't get this to work. Thanks Steve

Hi Steve,

Follow this process.

Go to Start/Run and type in: service.msc
Scroll down to Protected Storage and verify that the service is started.
