Saving new styles

Every time I save a new style it shows in the style tab. When I close word
07and reopen word 07, in the new document. It does not show the new style I
just saved. I tried right click and updating the style before I close. Expand
the style menu to show all the styles. Still it does not show the new style I
just saved. The only way I could see my new style is to reopen the document
that I saved the style on. Is their anyway the style I made to appear in
every new document I open?

By default new styles are saved in the current document. If you want
this style to be available for all new documents you have to save it
in the normal template. In the Create new style dialogue, select "New
documents based on this template".

If you open the document in which you created the style, you can use the
Organizer to copy the style from the document to the normal template.
