Saving image files in .jpg format

When I right click an image file on the internet and then
select the "save as" option, a box pops up like normal.
What isnt normal is the only file type I have to choose
from is the .bmp format. I want to save these files in
the .jpg format. Any idea how I can accomplish this? As it
is now I have to save them in the .bmp format. Then open
them with another program to change them to the format I
want. Way too much work. Any ideas?

Hi,

Click on Start and then go to Run and type cleanmgr.exe then hit ok.

The disk cleanup utility will startup. Make sure to cleanup
your Temporary Internet Files and then you'll be able to save in .jpg format
again.
