Saving a Word document in a CD.

Hi,

First you save it to your hard disk, then you use Windows Explorer or other software to copy the file to the CD - provided it's a
CD-RW and your CD drive can burn data to such CDs.

It doesn't have to be a CD-RW, it could equally be a CD-R. Just use the
writing software that came with the writer to create a multi-session data
disc.

Don't forget to copy it back to the hard drive and uncheck the read only
property attribute before opening it again in Word.
