Saving A Newly Created Site

When a site is created and saved FP sends it to 'C' and
the file has a blue dot or 'world' in it's center.

Just created a new site and the file appears in 'C' drive
without the blue dot. Why? What does that mean?

Are there ramifications?

No, it just indicates it's a web folder (created by Frontpage) - Frontpage
creates it, but sometimes it doesn't seem to work. No need to worry about
it. I haven't found it affects any thing.

I use XP and I just changed the icon to whatever I wanted (chose one similar
to the IE logo, without the 'E').....but to me it indicates that it is a web
site folder.
