FP File in 'C' Drive

When a new site is created in FP the mechanics send it to the 'C' drive and
the file displays with a blue dot or 'world'.

Just completed a new site and saved it. On the 'C' drive the file appears
but no blue dot. Why?

Seems to work okay but wonder if there are ramifications.

In FrontPage, right click the folder and select "Convert to web."
