Saved Temporary Files

I was making changes to a document that was originally an attachment in an
email, and rather than hit "Save As", I hit "Save". Now I can't find the
modified file. Where can I find this file (in Vista OS)?

"Save" a document again, and note the default location that it's going to be
save to. Cancel the save. Your previous saved document should be in that
location.
