Save pictures i mails as jpg-file

Does anybody know how I save af picture in a mail as jpg. I only get the
option bitmap (bmp)?

I use to send the mail to myself, and the picture would be attached as a
file, but that doesn't work, after I installed Outlook on a new pc. That
would be an option for me too.

My Outlook is a 2003 version and I have Vista.

Thank you so much for your help. I succeded in making it all including the
button, and it worked. But then I wanted to change the name og picture. After
that I couldn't run the macro. This is what it says:

"This document was opened with Macros Disabled

A host application may disable or enable macros. This error has the
following causes and solutions:

You opened the document with Macros Disabled.
Close the document, and then reopen it with Enable Macros.

For additional information, select the item in question and press F1 (in
Windows) or HELP (on the Macintosh)."

I didn't do anything but the two changes I mentioned.

Did you get this after restarting Outlook? Then you have not signed your
macro (recommended) or set your macro settings to prompt you when a macro is
being executed. Both solutions are discussed in more detail in the guide.
Let me know where you get stuck.

I'm from Denmark, but I'll try to explain. I renamed the button and chose
another surface on the button. I followed the instructions in "Help" in
Outlook.
