saving pictures in an email

In Office 2003, you could right-click on an email's picture and 'save as' in
the original format (.jpg, .tif, .bmp, etc.) and put it anywhere. In Office
2007, the only option you get is a 'copy' - and it will not allow you to save
it in anything other than a 'scrap'. Is there a way to save a picture in its
original format, as you would in 2003?

Outlook 2003 didn't allow this either. The format would always be set to
bmp.
