How do I save incoming email photos as anything other than scrap.

In Outlook 2003 I could use the SAve As: funtion to save photos as ,jpg,
..bmp, etc. In Outlook 2007, when I attempt save photos, it appearws I can
only copy these photos and the are save as useless scrap segments.

Is there a way to save photos in Outlook 2007?
