Save picture as

Some how my save window has lost the ability to save web graphics to jpg or
gif. The only type allowed is bmp, even if I am right clicking on an
animated gif file. I am using MSN explorer on WinXP Home.
It has always allowed me to choose these types before, the latest IE patch
(any chance this the problem?).

delete all your temp files and temp internet files. That should cure it.

Delete the temporary internet files. With all instances of IE closed go to
Start | Control Panel | Internet Options. Delete the temp files, and also
put a tic mark in the box for off line content.

While you're in there, reduce the amount of space allocated to the TIF to 40
MB.

Thanks.. Lenny & Rock ! It worked !!! But belive it or not... MSN support
told me I couldn't download gif files due to webmasters formatting, and that
it was probaly due to an activeX or java program corruption ! Boy due they
need you guys over there !!! Thanks
