Save mails in public folders

Hi

Not sure if this is the correct newsgroup but here goes.

I need a easy way for users to save incoming mails in public folders. We
have a public folder for each department and in the departments public folder
we have all the customers.
Is there any Outlook add-ins that can do this for me?

I'm guessing you want these e-mails saved automatically? By what criteria
would you want to file them - client's e-mail domain?
