Save As Option has disappeared

Somehow the Save As option under the File Menu has been deleted. I have 2
icons for Save. What do I need to do to reinstall this option. I tried to
reload Word but that did not work.

Hi chucko,

Choose Tools | Customize... | tab Command bars.
Select Menu bar and choose the lowest button of the four ("Initial
values..."? - I use a Dutch Word version).

Have you tried the F12 key? This also brings up the Save As menu.
