Need to buy a Sat-Nav for the car.
But so many different makes to buy, have looked at Garman & my Mum has a TomTom One?
Want to spend about £150, dont really need mainland Europe, but dont mind it on their.
Was thinking of getting it from Halfords, but anywhere else i should look at?

I've heard Tom Tom are good from friends and family.

Amazon would be the place I'd go.

I'd also check out PC World actually, sometimes they come up with good prices.

Me, I still rely on a well thumbed London A-Z and a Road Atlas of Great Britain :D

I'd recommend a Tom Tom too. We've got the basic model Tom Tom One and it works great - really can't fault it at all. :)

I'd been waiting on and off for about 4 months to get hold of a PDA thought the XDA IIi was best for me so looked abotu on ebay.

After a while I managed to get it for £23 but a couple of the pins on bottom had been bent and needed fixing. Not a problem i thought for £23 i can do that ;)

So i did then i looked about for a separate bluetooth GPS. Again managed to get one on ebay for £13

All up and working within 3hours (bit of an issue with pairing at first)

So i can say a complete bargain and really easy to update software basicall drag and drop onto memory card

:)

Bought the Tomtom XL Classic Widescreen for £120.
Works well and have found it easy to use.
