This speech icon is in the control pannel reads this [An exception
occurred while trying to run"shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL"C:\Program
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Speech\sapi.cpl",Speech"] The sapi.cpl
file is messed up now that I tried to open it with something funny. It now
reads sapi.dll. I think this means that I am missing a .dll file. I have the
xp disk and am sure I can get it out of there. How is this done? What exactly
is that .dll file called?

AMMENDMENT: sapi.cpl still reads correct. The icon is what changed. It just
sits next to sapi.dll. Sorry for the mistake.
