Hello. My name is Roberta Gallant and I reside in Concord, New Hampshire.
Preinstalled into my personal computer is Microsoft Windows XP Professional
2002;
installed into my at-home computer, Microsoft Office XP Professional 2002.
May I please ask you a question? Specifically, how do I repair an
installation
in the Windows Recovery Console other than on the blue screen? Would you
please email me visual, step-by-step instructions on how to do that?
In the "C:\WINDOWS\system32" directories folders, many of the icon-picture
files
are either missing or corrupt. For example -- the sapi.cpl, the main.cpl
icon-picture files, etc. disappeared from the "C:\WINDOWS\system32" and
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Speech" directories folders.
I have no way of getting them back.
Please email me back regarding these problems. I anticipate hearing from you.
Thank you for your prompt attention and reply to my very important email
message.
